Tonal Vision is a woman‑led video production company based in Baltimore, MD. We specialize in telling powerful visual stories for people and organizations who want their message to matter.

Meet the Team

Our Story

Tonal Vision was founded by recording and performing artist Kraig B. Greff, whose lifelong passion for music and storytelling shaped the company’s creative approach. Kraig led Tonal Vision with a commitment to craft, collaboration, and care until his passing on February 27, 2022.

Today, Tonal Vision is led by producer Jacquie Greff, currently President of the Board of Women in Film & Video (DC), also recognized for her contributions to the industry with the TIVA‑DC Distinguished Service Award. Under her leadership, the company continues Kraig’s legacy: combining technical excellence with a personal, client‑focused experience.

    Tonal Vision was founded in Cincinnati, OH, by Kraig B. Greff as a music production house

  • 1993

    Relocation
    Tonal Vision relocated from Cincinnati, OH, to Baltimore, MD

  • 1998

    Tonal Vision Music/Production LLC
    Tonal Vision became a Maryland LLC

  • 2002

    Tonal Vision LLC
    Tonal Vision changed its name to “Tonal Vision LLC” when Jacquie joined the company full time and added video production to its services

    Focus on Visual Storytelling
    After founder Kraig B. Greff died from complications of a car accident, Jacquie Greff became the sole owner. Tonal Vision narrowed its focus to video storytelling, discontinuing its music production services.
