"I Need a Video!" Package: $500

Need a video but can't afford an expensive producer and video crew? This package is for you. For $500, we'll create a 1-3 minute video using your existing photos, videos, logos and other graphics, with an audio track consisting of a voice-over and music.

Here's how this package works

  • Before you contact us, define for yourself:
    • What message does this video need to communicate?
    • Who are you trying to reach with this message?
    • Where will this video play? (YouTube, Powerpoint presentation, DVD, etc.)
    • Also, identify possible photos, videos, logos and other graphics that can be included
  • Contact Tonal Vision to schedule a meeting or phone conference with one of our producers
    • We'll answer your questions, help refine your message and target audience, review your available graphics, and make sure we can produce your video within the constraints of this package.
    • A 50% non-refundable deposit is due before we proceed.
  • We'll develop a written plan for the video and get your approval before beginning the work.
  • A professional scriptwriter will draft a voice-over script.
    • One round of revisions to this script is included in this package.
  • A professional narrator will record the voice-over.
  • We will edit together a draft of your video from the visual materials you provided, any desired on-screen text, the recorded voice-over, and music from our in-house library.
    • Up to 6 hours of editing plus 1 round of revisions are included in this package.
    • We will upload the draft video to our YouTube channel as an unlisted video (can't be found by search engines) and send you a link for your review.
    • The final payment is due prior to sending you the final video.
    • We will give you the video in several formats on a DVD and will also upload it to your YouTube channel or other online service you designate.
  • We will maintain an archive of your video materials in case you want it modified again in the future.

Add-ons and substitutions

  • Add a video (or photo) shoot at your location, up to 4 hours of time with 1 videographer and 1 camera: $400
  • Add a simple animation of your logo or other graphic: $150
  • Substitute a 1-hour video recording session of you in our studio in place of the professional narrator: no additional charge
  • Additional editing over the 6-hour limit: $50/hour
