Capturing Live Performances

Live performances live in the moment and can never be completely recreated. When a performance represents an important milestone event, many performing arts organizations choose to have it filmed. A well-done performance video can be used for a variety of purposes:

  • Promotional videos
  • Support for grant applications
  • Sell to families and event attendees
  • Gifts for hard-working performers
  • Company archives

Our standard packages include:

  • Multiple videographers and high definition cameras
  • Complete editing, color correction and titles or credits
  • 1-3 minutes highlights video or trailer that we will post to our YouTube channel or give to you for your own posting
  • DVDs and/or high definition Blu-ray discs with motion graphics menus, links to each song, and custom-designed labels and case inserts
  • A proof for your review, usually available in 2-3 weeks, with one round of changes

Additional options:

  • We can arrange for additional specialty services, such as a jib or a sound recordist.
  • For educational productions like school plays and dance recitals, we can sell directly to attendees and families so your organization has no out-of-pocket costs and very little additional work.
  • We can provide bulk DVDs for your fundraising or so you can offer families the lowest possible price.
  • We can set up a YouTube channel or even a web site for you.
